Last Boris post I promise...really this is it. Last post, first observation: Boris are loud. Latest observation about me: My ears are still ringing…thanks Boris. Listening to a Boris album doesn’t prepare you for their sonic onslaught live. Click here for a taste.
One can say without having a charge of exaggeration leveled at them that Pink, the most recent Boris album, doesn't convey 1/10th the power and awe of Boris live. Their sound live is raw, dirty and scary like the Northsix bathrooms.
I expected to witness a head or two spontaneously exploding. Thankfully this did not occur, but I did witness Boris peeling the paint off the walls and delivering a healthy dose of Tinnitus to all present. From two minute turbo charged punk songs to seven minute droned out guitar rock, Boris left 'em all in awe. A brief mosh pit ensued but the crowd settled back in to a motionless, silent reverence for all that is rock. Great show, great sound, and the set closer, Farewell, caped off a great night of music...

I know they are good from the pictures. Look at the Orange amps and stage gear. That's some good sound.
